How long does an order take to dispatch?

It depends on what is ordered. We do not mass produce products; all our body jewellery is manufactured as one-off specials and/or small quantities at a time. This enables us to scrutinise and manage quality throughout production and obtain perfection on every item. While we endeavour to get every order shipped in a timely manner, sometimes it can take a bit longer than first planned. 

How long does delivery take?

Depends on destination country. Orders in the UK arrive within a few working days. Orders sent overseas can take anywhere between five days and a couple weeks. 

Do you make custom products?

We can make certain custom items. With straight barbells, we can make custom gauges, lengths, and certain ball diameters. Feel free to send us your query (preferably with a diagram if at all possible), and we will get back to you and confirm whether it's something we can do. 

How long does it take you to respond to my email?

We are available 24/7. We usually respond within 24 hours. But over holidays and weekends, please allow up to 48 hours, and in some rare cases where we may need to double check things at our workshop, our response time may take up to 48 hours. 

Do you offer items in titanium?

We do not work in titanium. Sorry for any inconvenience.
