Shipping policy

Items will be dispatched as fast we possibly can. We pride ourselves in maintaining the best quality with our jewellery, and all our items are made in the UK. Although we keep a level of stock, the increasing demand on our products has slowed our production down. Depending on the item, it may take a couple weeks to prepare for dispatch. 

Shipping costs are based on the parcel size, weight, packaging requirements, value of the items and the delivery destination.
Some items will have more than one shipping option which you can upgrade to.
The shipping cost will be displayed in the cart when you select the delivery country and any shipping upgrades available.

Similarly matched products in weight and size are grouped together in their own shipping bands and the same shipping cost will apply regardless of the quantity purchased. However, where a mix of items is purchased from different shipping bands, the highest shipping cost will be applied to the order.
